Ideally all artwork needs to be set to the size of the product with no bleed (we will add this) and set in a vector format due to the size of large printing Ideally your files should be AI (Illustrator) or EPS, or vector PDF.
If you dont have these available dont worry you can still send us a Jpeg or PNG however you may lose resolution resulting in pixallation of your printed product.
