Returns Policy

Returns & Cancellations:

At Next Level Displays, we take pride in creating custom and semi-custom products to your exact specifications. Therefore, once an order has been made for a custom or semi-custom item, we cannot accept returns or cancellations.

Non-Custom Order Returns:

If you receive a non-custom order and wish to return it, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. You can return the item to us for inspection and a refund, provided it is within 14 days of delivery.

Sale Items:

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for sale items.

Shipping:

You are responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To ensure that your return arrives safely, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Faulty Products:

We offer returns and refunds for faulty products only. If you receive a faulty product, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may fix, replace, refund, or partially refund the product, depending on the source of the fault. The final resolution is at the sole discretion of Next Level Displays.

Custom Neon Signs and Fabricated Signs:

All custom neon signs and fabricated signs sold are final. These are unique, handcrafted items made to your precise specifications. While we will provide a mock-up of your custom sign, please note that it may not be 100% matching. This is the beauty of a craft item, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges after the mock-up is approved and the order is paid. However, we will work with you to create the perfect sign and grant you all the time, energy, and expertise needed to make it happen.

Light Colors:

Please note that light colors are not contractual. We will send pictures of the chosen colors to help you make an informed decision.

Replacement:

If your neon sign arrives broken, please send us pictures of the 4 sides of the package and the broken parts within 20 days of delivery. We will set up a claim with the carrier and remake and deliver your neon sign as soon as possible.

Please keep in mind that all returns, cancellations, and replacements are subject to our terms and conditions, which may be updated from time to time.
