What are your turnaround times?

What type of signs and displays do you make?
As we are a sign-making business we have the facilities and machines to make any signs! If you would like a bespoke item please just drop us a message and someone from our team will be in touch to discuss your order.
Where do you ship?
We are based in the Uk but ship worldwide!
What delivery couriers do you use?
We use a mix of carriers due to size and weight of parcels these include but not limited to: Royal Mail (UK) , Amazon delivery (UK) parcelforce (UK and worldwide) FED-EX (worldwide)
We like using tracked delivery also for your peace of mind.
What are your artwork requirements?
If you are ordering a product that has some form of personalisation or specific artwork that you would like we offer a upload artwork funtion to the specific product- ie: External aluminium signs or we offer a personalisation box for you to type in your order ie: House signs- type in 66 Drove Street.
Our Artwork files we request should be a vector baased file with No bleed( we will add if necessary) All fonts to be outlined and preferably in a AI/ EPS/ Vector PDF. We can work with JPEGs or PNG files but as these are more for smaller prints you may have pixallation issues- to avoid this make sure the images used as a high resolution as possible- if we believe an artwork is not acceptable we will contact you to discuss or ask for alternative.
Do you offer a design service?
Yes! Our design services start from £25.00 per item if you are unsure on what you want or need- so if you want an external sign and need inspo let our qualified design team create something truly amazing for you.
For worldwide delivery options do I need to pay duties?
No taxes are included for orders outside of the EU. Import taxes may be applied upon arrival, based on country laws. Customers with addresses outside of the EU are responsible for all duties and taxes payable.
